Service Description

This 3.5-hour movement intensive is designed to help dancers slow down and pay attention to the details that we often don’t have the time to address during our bi-monthly dance sessions, allowing us to refine key details.The focus will be on improving overall movement quality through breathing techniques, weight shifts, body initiation, lines and extensions. These techniques can be applied across different dance styles and will help dancers move with better awareness, control, clarity and intention. The session will end with a short choreography, giving dancers a practical takeaway and a chance to see how the techniques come together. The session is scheduled for Sunday 7 June 2026, starting at 9:30 AM sharp and ending at 1:00 PM, with short breaks in between. Please come prepared: avoid heavy meals too close to class, bring snacks/fruits for the breaks, and don’t forget your towel, water bottle, socks, and knee pads. Due to limited studio space, we have a participant cap, so be sure to grab your spot early. However, please note that no refunds will be issued in these circumstances. **In the unlikely event of a session/program cancellation by the organizer, a replacement session will be provided, after discussing a convenient date with the program participants. However, under these circumstances, if a participant is unable to attend the replacement session, he/she will be reimbursed the amount for the session. Thank you!
